My Approach

I use practices and techniques with a holistic approach that incorporates the interaction between the mind and the body. Drawing from the Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and the Person-centeredĀ  approach individuals take gradually control over their thoughts, emotions and behaviors. Humans are thinking, feeling and behaving beings. Identifying the uniqueness of each person, their unhelpful thinking patterns and their available resources can help them change and subsequently lead to a more realistic view of life and the world.

Through personalized support and guidance, I foster a collaborative environment where clients feel empowered to explore their innermost desires, overcome obstacles, and cultivate lasting change.
