My Approach
I use practices and techniques with a holistic approach that incorporates the interaction between the mind and the body. Drawing from the Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and the Person-centered approach individuals take gradually control over their thoughts, emotions and behaviors. We as humans are thinking, feeling and behaving beings. Identifying the uniqueness of each person, the unhelpful thinking patterns and the available resources they have, can help change and subsequently lead to a more realistic view of life and the world.
Through personalized support and guidance, I foster a collaborative environment where clients feel empowered and safe to explore their innermost desires, overcome obstacles, and cultivate lasting change.
